How do the balance scripts work?

Like what determines a shuffle, and which team and squad you’re in?

I don’t care if I win or lose. Just want to have a game. Being the stomper or the stompee is no fun.

Balancing is done at the beginning/end of a round. We used to have mid-round balancing, but people would not stop bitching about it CONSTANTLY.

I could see mid round being jarring. I like the assist option. You don’t move unless you choose to. Most of the time people do the right thing. Rather than a lopsided game.

I never had a problem with the balancing on this server. Luckily you are not forced to be part of one team forever. You can help the other team at anytime.

Was in two rounds last night on RC1 that were stompfests. Luck o’the draw I guess.

Hi Mr. K question sir. What's the highest you can get for rep when you type !assist. I have 650 and also what is it for? do you get anything for it?

Reputation points give you bragging points and a free round at your local pub. Like turning in an AA chip. Tell the barkeep and he’ll take care of you.

Rep matters when reporting someone If you report someone with higher rep, then you get some sort of message. Can’t recall text. I dunno if it cancels it out or if just weights your complaint at a lower level.

But I’m curious as well what they do.

What if both teams are full? Will it just reject the assist or will it swap players? I've just assumed it wouldn't work, so I've never tried it.

If teams are full, I believe there’s no swapping teams since it does the shuffle after/before rounds. Usually attrition takes care of it. People in the losing side leave and open up spots for assist.
