This person was on Golmud today hacking up a storm. Note how they snap to targets unnaturally & the kill feed just says "killed", not which gun they are using.

That's some awfully snappy gunplay there. I noticed they're going for body shots instead of headshots. Probably trying to evade stat detection.

I agree with KC, he probably set the charms to 50/50 hit-miss and body shots only.
He should have gotten the upgraded version with spectator warning. Shhhhhhhhh.
He was using the U-100 MK5.
