click on your name at the top left of the page (desktop) and on top left of the page that comes up should have an option.

How do I put a pic on my profile?

There are two types of pictures you can add. One is for your profile which will show up when your profile is viewed. The other is an avatar which will be displayed next to your name whenever you start or reply to a thread.

Both are located in the same place.

User Control Panel (should be in the center at the top of the webpage) ->My Settings (should be left side) there will be a tab to edit your profile picture and avatar picture.

Be aware that they each have different size limitations for custom pictures.
