Help AMD Relive Video sound issue

I know someone must use it for recording gameplay -

I am having a problem where video is perfect but no sound comes across on playback. I have searched online yo no avail.

I Use Logitech G930 headset while playing.

Any help would be appreciated!

I'm using Nvidia recording program. It has an Audio Settings for volume control and it's up all the way.

Are you talking about microphone or in game sound?

Should be under Relive > Global > Record Microphone or Audio Capture Device

or Relive > Recording > and try changing the recording profile.

In game sound and mic - neither record although settings are on

Latest update - when using speakers it records audio fine, just not USB headset Logitech G930 - which I always use to chat. #sadface

Well that was a lot of help.. Lol! You come to think about it, some videos I am okay with and sometimes there is no volume weird it is. And my settings for recording with Nvidia is 100%.

I've had that happen on other headsets so do blame that as the cause just yet.

Usually, closing Origin and any browser windows then reset the headset as the default audio device while disabling the others will solve the problem. Also, make sure Origin has selected the headset as default before joining any games.

Possibly Solved the issue: after lots of digging on help bords for ReLive, it seems that the Realtek sound drivers was the answer. Went into sound settings disabled all instances of them - only 2 left are G930 & monitor speakers fed by HDMI. Recorded a snippet & got my Audio with Video. Watch out hacks!!!!!!! & people that just piss me off - you are on candid camera
