Unfortunately both his accounts were attributed to a hack that some claim is a windows 7 bug. If, and until, he updates his OS with a clean install of Win 10 and gets a new BF4 account he wont be able to play.

Yep especially since you can buy Win10 Pro keys off ebay for really cheap. Not sure how legit they are though.

Ebay or any grey market like G2A or scdkey. There are also other methods... that I don't recommend.
