Given recent events, I thought it would be important to be a bit more open than I usually am. (In hopes that I won't be exiled from the community..)
I've been an avid Battlefield player since my early teens (28 now, how time flies!). I have dumped a massive amount of hours into BFBC2, BF3, BF4, and BF1. However, due to the nature of my previous work and life events, I took a hiatus from battlefield. I returned last year and started playing on a regular basis. I was pleasantly surprised at the amount of players still playing BF4. I enjoy BF4 and golmud railway the most, it's a perfect mixture of chaotic fun (for me). I introduced battlefield to my partner and she loves it. She's mad that she's been playing COD for so many years, lol. We play together on the AARP server and always have a blast, even when we are getting our asses kicked.
Good servers + communities are hard to find but AARP hits all the right spots for me. There's always good competition on the server and a lot of good-hearted, cool people. I spend quite a bit of time on the server so I will be looking to donate sometime soon. I have the means to do so and I feel like it is warranted since we are using 1-2 server slots on a consistent basis.
I am open to any questions/concerns. Yes, I am just another player but the amount of backlash is dis-heartening. I never attempt to cause drama or problems with anyone, just want to have a fun battlefield experience. :-D
I hope to see all of you on the battlefield!
