This guy was in RC1 at 12am ramming his team's tanks with a tank.

NullOps said HH866 was banned on a different server he plays on for the same reason. I don't have a screenshot of that, but I invited him to reply to this thread. He said it just after the next round started, a little after 12am if you want to check the logs.

Yup, I was on the same squad as this guy, me and my squadmates switched squads so he could stop following us and he switched to the same squad as us again....I was in AA and he rammed into me a few times too. PC still fried so I didn't have shadow play on to take vid of this unfortunately.

Yup, he was banned on the 24/7 Siege of Shanghai server that I frequent. Repeated griefing, was warned several times before he was permanently banned. I don't have video from that incident, though I can put you in touch with one of the admins if you need confirmation.
