Thanks for help in advance.

hell, once I get in game, started Thursday evening,I have zero movement in mouse or keyboard. Only key that works is the windows key, all other keys do not work. Mouse has absolutely no movement either.

Help me please,
Chris

Hmmmm, seems to not be associated with the game. Do a CNTR ALT Delete and bring up your task manager. Then check the processes to see what is also running talking up CPU power.

I'm a bit pissed right now, can't think clearly, and I don't want to punch my sons computer. But perhaps later or tomorrow, I'll look at that sir.

Thank you,
Chris

It is likely the Discord overlay.

BF4 is taking 70% of CPU and rest by other applications. I reinstalled Bf4, origin & discord but no luck. Now, i am planning to do window 10 recovery after backing up my files.

Sometimes a Windows update takes a big hit on CPU power. We had a couple these last few days.

Not that I recommend it but I turned off windows updates and nvidia auto updates. If you're concerned about security, you could update them when you have spare time and believe the updates pertain to your systems needs and then disable again.
If you're interested in disabling windows 10 updates, there are several sites that will give detailed steps on how to do it. Once disabled you can re-enable at anytime, install newer updates and then disable again.

Here are a couple sites that show howtos

Mr Animal, have you noticed my avatar you made for me? It has yours there too. I just don't have the knowledge to isolate the avatar you made for me....frankly, I don't give a dam either.

That looks like a Sound Radar. Those will get caught by PunkBuster, so I'd suggest removing it. Generally it's extra bloat that comes with your sound card (if you got one). Some onboard audio devices install it as bloatware as well.

Press the key combination of CTRL+SHIFT+ESC tp bring up the Task Manager. See what apps and processes are running. Disable the apps that you don't need, one at a time and see when that image disappears. Once you find the program that causes it, either uninstall it or disable it from starting when your computer boots.
