Dec 18 2019 02:12:17 PM PT At approximately 3:17pm CST, a high-PPS attack against a customer from a largely new botnet caused a short period of elevated packet loss in Chicago due to an internal saturation. We have blocked the bots involved at our edge and further problems should not be seen.
