Man boobs = muzhskie siski / мужские сиськи

Bitch = suka/cyka /сука
Bitch tits = suchi siski / сучьи сиськи

There is no word for that and it's sounds kinda weird in Russian

Man boobs = muzhskie siski / мужские сиськи

There is no word for that and it's sounds kinda weird in Russian

That's what I figured, insults don't always translate well between languages.
