Got banned, looking for a reason.

Hey guys, got banned from the 24/7 golmud server.
Was not given a warning or anything. can i get a reason?
Is this permanent?

NVM, was playing on my brothers account (which i mistakenly thought was mine), who was banned for ping related issues (according to him)

We dont ban for ping we kick if the ping is too high. It varies depending of server population.

That being said, you and your brother should have the same issue since you're playing on the same computer and using the same ISP/

It depends on how many people are in the server actually, if he was in there when the server was full, the ping kick is lower if I am not mistaken

What's your brother's account? As previously mentioned, we don't ban for Ping. Might be something else.
