That build would pair really well with a 1080ti. Resolution scale plays a part in whether the GPU or CPU is being taxed.

A 1080ti is what I had in it and i had no issues whatsoever with smooth game play (especially with all the CPU core's unparked).

There is a 1350 watt Enermax PSU in that box.....you ain't gonna stress the PSU...guaran-damn-teed.
As to throttling, that's usually due to heat, or voltage. I had this OC'd to a rock solid 4.2ghz for about a week and went back to stock clock because there wasn't real perceptible performance difference. So I saw no need to stress a CPU I paid over $1000 for.

USB Drive

I built this system, nothing came with it but my desire to get it together and fired it up.

I'll ship and installation CD if that's what the buyer wants. (USB is faster)
