About once or twice a round my game completely freezes for about 5-7 seconds. Video drivers are up to date. Any ideas? Strangely enough, it never happens when I am engaged in combat.
Try a game repair? I've had that happen before though. All of the problems I've had usually came down to video performance. Maybe try turning down your video settings one notch and see what happens? Five seconds is a long time in game-play.

It could also just be that something is holding the whole process up. Check your CPU/GPU usage and see which one's usage tanks during the freezes. If not, check Drive usage, see if there's a bunch of usage spikes, which could indicate page faults (memory shenanigans).
-Open up your System Configuration "MSCONFIG".
-Click on the "Services" tab at the row of tabs at the top.
-At the bottom select "Hide all Microsoft services".
This will show you all of the non-essential services running you can deselect that may be affecting performance. Obviously leave "Easy Anticheat" and "PnkBstr A" selected. This is an easier way to figure out what's running that can be safely stopped.
