Extreme Lag and Rubber Banding.

I play on RC1 most every evening starting about 7:30 pm ATL (that is 6:30 pm for all you Eastern weenies lmao). Anyway, every time I join RC1, within 3 minutes of joining the game, I get bad Rubber Banding. Anywhere from 1-3 minutes worth, sometimes it goes away, and sometimes it doesn't go away, and I have to restart. When I do restart, the same thing happens. Just wondering if anyone else is experiencing this?
This has been happening for about two weeks.

I've had a lot of that lately as well. Not sure I'm getting it every time I play but definitely getting it way more frequently.

A little experiment this afternoon. I went onto RC-3 for a game, zero issue, then went to a TGB server for a round, zero issue. Sooooooo, it seems to be just RC-1.
