DTLA.. Ur bitch likes me more Bruh
In my 30's, I hit the goldmine and handled class actions. Became good enough to find any human being in the USA. It's easier in Europe they have secret police everywhere. Now every few months, I get maybe 1k-3k in settlement checks from class actions. They are all over the internet. Will be putting one I just got yesterday for Zoom, the video thingy. If you used Zoom? fill the claim form, get a fat check later.

Example of Zoom email yesterday. This is a tiny one. Got a check 3 months ago for $1500.00 from Square Inc. $2500.00 from AT&T class action settlement. You can also join a class action. the lawyers call you to see if you qualify. It's all free. For example, I joined the class action against China for giving USA covid. LoL who knows when that will settle, but I just wanted to tell China FU!
If you have had a serious illness or cancer, you can earn a lot. Just google it. Skateboards, meds, vitamins, muscle drinks and powders. All pay huge. Mold in home or apt? Just google it, fill out the claim form a few months later, boom a check hahaha.

The zoom one below is tiny, or maybe not depends on you?. You do not go to court. The law requires settlements be published to give folks a chance to be compensated. It's just a simple claim form, it takes maybe 12 mins. WAIT FOR IT.... All settlements are TAX FREE hahahahah....... Je Suis Toby

COURT APPROVED NOTICE OF CLASS ACTION SETTLEMENT
In re: Zoom Video Communications, Inc. Privacy Litigation

Case No. 5:20-cv-02155-LHK
If you used the Zoom Meetings Application between March 30, 2016, and July 30, 2021, you could be entitled to benefits, including a cash payment, under a class action settlement.
A federal court authorized this Notice. This is not a solicitation from a lawyer.
You must file a Claim Form by March 5, 2022 to receive cash benefits from this Settlement. To file a Claim Form, click here. YOUR CLAIM NUMBER IS: F26T397646
What Is This Litigation About?
A settlement has been reached with Zoom Video Communications, Inc. (“Zoom”) relating to alleged privacy and security issues with the Zoom Meetings Application (“App”). Plaintiffs allege that Zoom: (i) shared certain information with third parties, (ii) should have done more to prevent unwanted meeting disruptions by third parties, (iii) advertised its Zoom Meetings App as being encrypted “end-to-end” when Plaintiffs contend it was not at that time, and (iv) that the alleged conduct violated California state and federal laws. Zoom denies these allegations. The Court has not decided who is right.
Who Is Included in the Proposed Settlement? All Persons in the United States who have registered, used, opened, or downloaded the Zoom Meetings App, except for (i) all Persons who have only registered, used, opened, or downloaded the Zoom Meetings App through an Enterprise-Level Account or Zoom for Government Account, (ii) Zoom and its officers and directors; and (iii) the Judge or Magistrate Judge to whom the action is assigned and, any member of those Judges’ staffs or immediate family members. Please see the Long Form Notice for more details, available at www.ZoomMeetingsClassAction.com.
What Relief Does the Settlement Provide? The Settlement provides money to Class Members who submit a Claim Form postmarked or submitted on www.ZoomMeetingsClassAction.com by March 5, 2022. Without admitting liability, the Settlement also requires Zoom to make certain changes to its policies and practices that will benefit Class Members. Zoom will establish an $85 million Settlement Fund. After deducting Court-approved attorneys’ fees (up to $21,250,000) and expenses (up to $200,000), Service Payments for the Plaintiffs, and the costs of settlement notice and administration from the $85 million Settlement Fund, the remaining funds will be made available, if the Settlement is approved, to pay Class Members’ valid claims. Settlement Class members can submit one of the following types of claims:
  • Paid Subscription Claim: If you are a Class Member who paid for a Zoom Meetings App subscription, between March 30, 2016 and July 30, 2021, you are eligible to file a claim for $25 or 15% of the money you paid to Zoom for the core subscription (i.e., not including optional add on features/support that customers may add to their subscriptions) during that time, whichever is greater. For example, if you spent $75 on a Zoom Meetings App subscription during the relevant time period, 15% of $75 is $11.25. Because $11.25 is less than $25, your claim will be treated as a claim for $25.
  • User Claim: If you are not eligible for a Paid Subscription Claim and you registered, used, opened, or downloaded the Zoom Meeting App between March 30, 2016 and July 30, 2021 and you are not eligible to submit a Paid Subscription Claim, you are eligible to file a claim for $15.
Please note that these payment amounts may be reduced depending on the number of valid claims. Final payment amounts will be calculated and distributed based on the total number of Class Members who submit valid claims
This is only a notice of what to expect. Nothing will happen unless the Court approves the Settlement.
How Do I Get a Payment? You must submit your claim online at www.ZoomMeetingsClassAction.com or file a paper Claim Form by March 5, 2022. Paper Claim Forms are available at the website or by calling the toll-free number.
Your Other Options: If you do nothing, your rights will be affected, and you won’t get a payment. If you file a Claim Form, object to the Settlement or do nothing, you are choosing to stay in the Settlement Class. You will be legally bound by all orders of the Court and you will not be able to start, continue or be part of any other lawsuit against Zoom about the allegations of the case. If you don’t want to be legally bound by the Settlement or receive any benefits from it, you must exclude yourself by March 5, 2022. If you do not exclude yourself, you may object to the Settlement by March 5, 2022.
The Final Approval Hearing: The Court has scheduled a hearing in this case (In re: Zoom Video Communications, Inc. Privacy Litigation, Case No. 5:20-cv-02155) for April 7, 2022, at 1:30 p.m., to consider: whether to approve the Settlement and award Service Payments, attorneys’ fees, and expenses; as well as consider any objections. You or your attorney may attend and ask to appear at the hearing, but you are not required to do so.
More Information: Complete information about all of your rights and options, as well as a Claim Form, a more detailed Long Form Notice and the Settlement Agreement are available at www.ZoomMeetingsClassAction.com, by emailing Info@ZoomMeetingsClassAction.com, or by calling toll-free 1-800-397-3418.
IMPORTANT NOTE: The dates and deadlines may be changed without further notice to the Settlement Class, so please check the Settlement Website, www.ZoomMeetingsClassAction.com, or the Court’s Public Access to Court Electronic Records (“PACER”) website at https://ecf.cand.uscourts.gov to confirm that the dates have not been changed.
This notice is only a summary. For a more detailed notice or the precise terms and conditions of the Settlement, please see the Long Form Notice or Settlement Agreement available at www.ZoomMeetingsClassAction.com, by contacting class counsel at ClassCounsel@ZoomMeetingsClassAction.com, by accessing the Court docket in this case, for a fee, through the Court’s PACER system at https://ecf.cand.uscourts.gov, or by visiting the office of the Clerk of the Court for the United States District Court for the Northern District of California, 280 South 1st Street, San Jose, CA 95113, between 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding Court holidays. You may also contact the Settlement Administrator at 1-800-397-3418 or Info@ZoomMeetingsClassAction.com.
PLEASE DO NOT TELEPHONE THE COURT OR THE COURT CLERK’S OFFICE TO INQUIRE ABOUT THIS SETTLEMENT OR THE CLAIM PROCESS.

Hi Mr. White. Our clients were class action law firms. and National law firms. Our case load was simple. Locate the folks who had used Prozac and other meds. Find them and have them send in their proof they had used the meds, prescriptions, medical bills, etc. Have them send the proof to the law firm's medical teams for confirmation and approval of settlement checks. Lawyer made like 140k per plaintiff, and we made about 5k per person found.

The lawyer firm when giving us an account told us. It was my line in email that convinced them they also tested us on about 20 cases before giving us the cases. The line was "We can find anyone on a planetary scale." Also worked for GD&C and knew Theodore Olson and his wife. She had a smile, rest her soul, that could light up the room. She was murdered on one of those planes that hit the towers. Hell, I did a lot of famous cases. I was the guy that chased down all the slumlords years ago. hunted down bank executives that were killing banks. FDIC hired me directly through the United States FDIC Sec Bill Seidman. The SAT cheating scandal. The Sean Connery cases vs Sony pictures. Oh hell, the Sidney Loft case when he tried to stay with Oscars from Judy Garland. You are not allowed to hand down your Oscar, they must return to academy.
Did lots of cases for major stars and city bank. One thing I suck at big time is following people. I just can't. I feel they know that I am following them, so I fall back until I lose them hahahah.

I never did divorce law, except for one. Jan Jones, former Mayor of Las Vegas, and Fletcher Jones Mercedes. I became a specialist in tracking and serving Mega wealthy defendants down. In the early years when I was a kid, I was like Robert Dinero in the movie Midnight Run. Tracked down small time hoods and drunks who skipped bail. Till we got shot through a door once LOL. We quit and went into process serving and asset searches. Used to wear disguises until I learned to use the Voice, like in Jedi Movie. It fucking works. LOL, got to that I charged 8k to serve a 5 day notice on folks in Beverly hills and troutsdale area. The rents there at the time were 20-60k a month. That's why I loved BF4 reminds me of hunting down men. No better prey than a man running. If my AARP ever needs help in sueing some asshle let me know. Reason I was good was God's grace, of course, but looking like Tom Selleck helped. Although I look nothing like him. I used to get that a lot before. I was like, are you folks totally blind? But it got me laid a lot after divorce hahaha.mPoepl aways asked me why we didn't become cops? At the time don't know if they do now. But they didn't let married couples become cops in a squad car. I would have made for a lousy cop, am too judgemental, do not have self control like real a police officer.

Reason I was accepted in Rome as a dead guide to peace. Was simple. I can hear the dead walking and breathing. That's another post hahah.

Now that makes a lot more sense. I took a guess and thought maybe you worked with the finance companies that finance class actions when the law firms have a case that viable but they dont have the financing on the front end.

8K for service is kinda nuts. I get service done for about $150-200. Have a guy, former cop, who will serve anyone anywhere. Loves doing it on holidays in the hopes it ruins their holiday. LOL Hes crazy. As you probably know, hes got some crazy stories too. Its tough to get a conceal carry in NY, especially in the NYC area but process servers dont have an issue with carry permits. Although x-cops dont need them since they are exempt.

OMG Mr. White do I have a ton of stuff to tell you. That a man of your staTure knows about my world has me floating on a c;loud. You have no idea how much I like you already hahah I like you even MORE! Must tell you the story of a factoring company who bought my invoices. Years ago, it was featured in a 7 page la times article. Sir I can't even imagine how papers get served with that damn doorbell camera? LOL. Paul hastings had me in a article as best process server in the nation hehehe. I was the best, I never gave up, and am relentless, like 16 year virgin redhead honey. OK, need to rest now and get some major stories for you, sir.
So are you a lawyer or an attorney service?

My fav case was serving Sean Conery a subpoena the best 007 ever. I served many movie and rock stars with this and that, and sometimes just paper. So you understood the litigator could touch you anywhere. Served heads of mob, many tried to bribe me to buy time. Have been chased, shot and stabbed. I fear no man on earth or types of death, but I am scared of death of not being in love with a woman. It's my thing to be that guy in a woman's life. Couple of years before the divorce. My marriage shrink asked me why I always took the impossible cases. I shot back without even thinking. To impress my wife. Mr. White, I can always send you a private convo forum message who was the well known lawyer. So you can pull the transcript and file to see my involvement in discovery.

Pop and I used to see all the 007 movies eating Bob's big boy combos growing up and at movies. So when i told him about the case. He was so tickled. Told me you have to get to 007 like SPECTRE in movies haha. He would ask me kid what if you can't serve the person. My answer was always the same. "Pop, he has a price on his head, and I never fail. "I personally served Sean Connery at his publicists office, Melrose office. Yes guys, I also told him you have been served lol.The funnest part of the case was the chase and tagging him at the end. Was given a blank check, told to hire an Army. Would brief the lawyer on his yacht on Newport Harbour after he flew me to a local airport off John Wayne airport. It was mad hush up back then. My Connery held the key to the case. Had about 30 people working the case. Food trucks, fake garners, housemaids, plumbers, bartenders, rental cars, guys, hotel clerks at best places. delivery guys in painted truck combing the city for 007. In my decades serving the most wealthy, famous and deceptive people in the world. I took from 3 movies. Firefox with Clint Eastwood. Jedi Ben in first star wars movie and Al Pachino in serpico. I won the Rayethon rocket case from him lol. Hes a great man and told me a secret when he called to congrats on me nabbing the case.

My happiest moment was when Howard Pickens gave me the SAT case. Some asshole was memorising the question the the college exams
So he aked can you serve these OSC TRO orders on the Mastermind hahah. I replied I never fail sir
Mr. White I didn't know who Mr. Pickens was until months later I saw Senate hearing on cspan right after Olveir Stones movie JFK came out.
There was Mr. Pickens, the man I met, and talked about our childhoods working at a restaurant.
Under his name was his title."Former General Counsel of the CIA in the 60's.
The question he was asked at the hearing was did you or anybody you know have JFK killed?
He yelled back no!. To be continued

Mr. White When I opened my own shop, I was 19 and charged $18.00 a doc and 15 cents a mile. The average summons came out to 26-35 clams. Threw in a bad address, locate this and that maybe a little more. When I returned from my one year honeymoon in Mexico city. I was 20 and decided to charge $100.00 a summons. Rest of pack said I was nuts. I got lots of work. Banks hired me directly and sent me to their law firms. Never carried a gun. Force of personality was my weapon. As you know sir, nothing like hunting a man that is running. When you catch up, you can always see that rabbit panicked wild eye as the predator closes in for the kill. The scariest moment ever in my life. Standing deep down in catacombs under Vatican. Cardnial stood in front of me and two men in black hoods placed a rope around my neck. The Holy Man said these men will crack your neck in an instant if you lie. He asked what do you hear.? I listened and told him. They left me with rope around my neck, and the Card said, "never get greedy". He blessed me, kissed me on the cheeks, and walked away down that corridor that was always whispering evil shit.

Merry Christmas. Some folks here asked me how to become a process server, and does it pay well? It pays well if you know which lawyers pitch for business.
Some papers can be treated as a regular messenger. Other papers have the world riding on them for the law firm and their clients. Now a days here in Los Angeles, you can bring in some cool earnings serving process. You can find the people to work for in your town. Just Google attorney services, litigation support and process serving companies. Some asked about bounty hunting.? Lol, it's fun when you're young. I was 19, then when I got married, we stopped.
It's a hard gig and you should know how to skip trace jumpers before you go after them. The cases that will bring you good money are mad bad people.
Even when I was young, women can be just as deadly as men, if not a bit more. You can make a lot more income serving papers than bounty hunting.
I rather work under the protection of a law firm than bails bonds companies anytime. What I am about to tell you is from one of the best process servers in the world...Me. Listen, and take note. I am old and dying, and have no one to share this with. All that I knew are dead. I buried Larry, my last bro a few weeks ago.

What does a process server do?
A process server is someone who understands these rules and requirements, and how to deliver legal documents according to the law. Process servers deliver various documents in legal action. They may serve documents on witnesses, defendants, plaintiffs, and other parties to the action.

In Los Angeles, you apply for a process serving license and bond, usually 40 bucks the bond and maybe 200. for the lic. You approach a attorney service in the court house, usually on the first floor. They ain't looking for tough guys. They want smart guys that can handle people getting angry when served.
Basically, you need to hand legal documents to a person's hand, or in Los Angeles you can do a drop service when you drop the documents in front of the person being served. Some documents, like a summons and complaint, can sub serve, meaning give to anybody over 18 after 3 visits 6-8 hours apart.

The money for me was serving deadly docs. Like OSC orders to show cause, Writs, ORAPS, TRO's temporary restraining orders and injunctions.
In the roaring 80' Appotiment of receivers were my bread and butter. Now let's jump a bit and talk what you need to know to hunt man down.
If you work at attorney service or in-house. You will get a little of everything.

Me? I prefer the papers normal process servers can't serve. Mega rich, business, movie and rock stars.
Never impersonate a cop or federal official, massive no no. Keep in mind many times, depending on the case, you may have to write up a declaration of service. Basically, what happened in service. The lawyer writes it up, you sign it under penalty of perjury. It's serious business, you can go to prison for lying.

First, always read the papers you're serving. Unless your lawyer, you won't understand it. But it will be loaded with leads, and the lawyer or staff usually give you more info about the case.

When I was a kid, my wife and I were serving a writ of attachment on a lady who kept Liberace's piano. She called the cops and told them we were terrorists. Maybe 5 cop cars showed up. They light me up, after they ID us. The CO got mad and banged on the door of the lady, and he served the documents, yelling at her that those couple of kids . "us" almost got shot. Later, we became friends. He would tell me to be whoever you want, except the Law, and always call the police station of the area you're serving and let them know you're hunting.

Skills sets you need to go after the big game process. Fees are massive and long lasting on many levels.

OK time to hunt. Main tool of all. LEARN TO BE INVISBLE! Don't mean like the invisible man lolol. Nope, much better.
I mentioned three movies that totally influenced how I caught people. To this day and even in bf4 I can DISAPEAR. I have seen King, Red, Stryker and Predator drive right past me lol That's how I can sneak on them every blue moon and plant slam mines in the back of them. Then I run away, shoot their tank. They always reverse, and come after me, and BOOM yeah, they kill me, but I die happy seeing them blow up as I fade away to respawn.

The movie that taught me this lil secret? Firefox with Clint Eastwood. No words can describe, BUT I found the exact clip on you tube. Clint Eastwood is the pilot you see walking through the mayhem to steal the plane. That literally is me walking around in the most important cases you can imagine. Walking through 1500 member law firms, banks, high tech, mega business men, secret haunts, The Oscars, killer wrap parties and mafia HQ's With the sole objective to personally serve, eye to eye a life altering legal document on a person. the list is endless, where you can go and all that you can do when you can't be seen. That made me the best in the world. Here it is, watch it. I'll be back soon to tell you some insane stuff and how to use it. HAVEN'T SEEN THAT CLIP IF DECADES WOW WHAT A MEMORY
