EA Play Membership?

Anyone else get this in the EA app? I don't recall having a subscription. Did they give out a free one and now saying it needs renewed? Or is this just an attempt to get you to sign up?

I never had any and it didn't pop up for me, so maybe you did get a free subscription somewhere that ran out now.

I think I might have signed up for a trial and opted out of renewal. I got that same message. Or, maybe it's EA's buggy crapware making you feel bad about missing out on something you weren't going to purchase to begin with.

I'll survive without it.
