Dumb question but asking anyway

I am relatively new to BF4 but I had plenty of game time on BF3 when it was the game to play. Anyways, how do you attach the vehicle upgrades in this game? I can't seem to find how to do it. TIA!!

in battlelog u can go directly to your loadout and change all the stuff you need in order to play accordingly to your game style
