Disable HDCP

I don't know if anyone knew about it ,

I just disable HDCP today .

So, it's for Anti Piracy protection within the Video Driver. Have you seen an improvement in FPS?
 
Most of them have same as your to try enable . but it should be on software somewhere there .

if not , check the youtube above link and see if you have these . delete or enable /


I can't find it now ( forgot bookmark )
 
I disabled it using the Radeon Software. There's a setting for it there. I am still using the GPU.

HDCP requires your screen to be connected via HDMI 2.0 , nothing else will enable HDCP support. DP will not enable HDCP, it grants you variable sync only which hdmi does not (yet?).
also make sure you use the correct hdmi (2.0) input on your monitor. some screens tend to have multiple inputs with different capabilites or version support.
anything less than hdmi 2.0 will not support hdcp either.. "

I'm using a display port cable. I'm not trying to re-enable it or anything, I know where the setting for that is.
