Been getting sudden DirectX errors while in game last couple of days. Didnt use to have this before.

Never got it before I installed the Nvidia Experience app that lets me save video files. Last time it happened the system was not saving video so that rules that out. I know that when you load that Nvidia Experence driver it messes with your games video setting. Hate that.
 
When that happened to me I did an update on my video card and it took away the problem. Is your video card up to date and Windows?
 
My Nvidia Experience says it's up to date. Doing some testing today and not load in my usual EVGA Precision X app that lets me monitor what's going on with the video card via the G15 keboard. Maybe also force a reload of the video driver.
 
remove GE ( not worth it LOL ) and also for the DirectX error , go in that folder and deletes all but 2 of DLL and one EXE then click EXE .

When done then reboot PC and go in game awhile and after quit , you will see it update file everything ..

So did I, I just updated the NVidia Drivers and problem hasn't returned. It happen just as the map loaded.
