Dear AARP

I will be out for a few weeks, oh who am I kidding, probably more than that. Some of you may remember I was out with a ruptured appendix a few years back. Well, that surgery has now caused 2 hernia's and a Diastasis Recti. (abdominal separation). My surgery is Monday morning. I check in a 830am and the surgery will begin at 10MST. The surgery will last two hours and I will be in the hospital at most 5 days and then off work for another 2-3 weeks. The scar from my ruptured appendix is over a foot long. They have to cut me open in the exact same place to repair this. Please try to understand that if I don't get back to you on Discord or FB messenger or the ten other ways people seem to find me, please understand, I wont be coherent or in any shape to do jack shit for a while. Getting old is a bitch people.. Enjoy your youth. Oh wait this is AARP.

Are appendix surgeries supposed to cause that many side effects?? Sounds like theres a surgeon out there who needs a good punch in the face.
