Compatibility mode problem

After doing some accidental changes to system to fix a problem that I have now forgotten, I'm getting this warning when I start BF4. I've checked it's icon properties and that box is not checked. Got me stumped.

I still use windows 7, but I'll ask one of the guys at work that plays BF and has Win10

SIMPLE FIX I figured out another solution for windows 10, if non of the other solutions work for you.

-- Go into your battlefield directory (Mine): G:\Origin Games\Battlefield 4

-- Right click your battlefield4 Exe, Mine is displayed as "bf4" or "bf4_x86" and enter properties. Once you're there, enter the compatibility tab at the top.

-- After that, click the box and ensure you've UNSELECTED "run this program in compatibility mode", and UNSELECT "run this program as administrator".

-- That is how mine is now working again, I hope this works for you guys..

I did all those things. There wasn't anything that had either Compatibility mode or Run as administrator checked. I do remember that origin had an update last week. That may have been it.

try reverting to an older back up version of your computer, maybe that will work

This looks like an issue with Origin and if all else fails do this:

1) Go to your Origin installation folder C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin.
2) Delete the Origin folder.
3) Download latest Origin and install.
