Chichy02 - ban appeal

I got a BAN in Battlefield 4 on the server [RC2 - 60hz - HARDCORE - HOME OF AARP DLC MAPS] My nickname in the game is Cichy02
I have never used any cheats. I don't even know how to do it.
I got a Ban right after I killed 3-4 players with a hand grenade launcher several times in a row.
This is my favorite server. And I've been playing it for a long time. Are you able to help me
