Finally figured out how to post a thread (woohoo).
He had no weapons equipped in kill cam, he also was suspiciously good at aiming. Youtube link posted here, you can see the shot of my kill cam at the end of the video.

Thanks Gem. I was in that game when everyone was complaining. I alerted other admins who were actively looking into his account and stats etc. When it was confirmed that it was someone we had previously banned, I kicked him. Simpson eventually found his GUID and permanently banned him.
