Can RC3 change team settings?

I love the US vehicle design, If possible, I hope to be able to set it as US vs US like RC1, is this feasible?

It was originally written as 128 vs 128.

Each side had 1 dedicated camper. In the end, the source code was too complicated to include 2 campers.

So, 127 vs 127 was the final version.

I’d play if there were more people I knew playing them. I could go for a HC zavod round. Been awhile. That or a map with boats.
