BMWX3x30i - Constantly breaks the AA rule about being near ABC

This guy does the same thing every single time he gets the AA. Either goes between C and F or camps under the bridge near spawn for most of the game. The entire team could ask him to move but he'll do his own thing. Some others do this at times but at least manage to get some kills or keep the enemy air units away. When he gets it he just feeds and doesn't even attempt to come near ABC to get a better chance at killing shit.

I don't think he understands english. We need to display the rules in 32 different languages to accommodate our non-english speaking friends.

Ive removed him from the AA at least a few times for doing this. We have many multi lingual clan members who can communicate to him if necessary.
