I tried playing last night but got the message

PunkBuster permanent ban issued on this Game Server" Prior Kick/Ban

I’m not sure why this is the case. I dont believe I have done anything wrong. Can you look into this?

I agree those were older times when I was immature and 8 years ago. I only started up BF4 more recently with recent sheltering and am committed to being a reformed player.

My recent play has been all normal.

I’m not asking for you to reverse the BF3 bans done 8 years ago. I admit I was wrong then and I’ll take the consequence. It’s long past. PB clearly outlines that you can get a new cd key and hardware to start again. It’s been 2 hardware upgrades later and 8 years later buying a new game this past month to start playing.

I’m just asking if you can at least lift the server ban for BF4 and let me start fresh?
