Agreed. I think they're realizing they need to make charges to bring back the base they lost. I hope its true that private servers will come back. I read good reviews of the latest pacific campaign release. Let's hope this is an upward swing.
Have they started cutting back on the servers?
I notice when I try to play BF1 (very occasionally) I have a very hard time fining active US servers.
Same dude. That would be pretty amazing. Im actually surprised they havent remastered some of the best BF4 maps for BFV already. Seems like a no brainer.
High definition train at Delta, I want to see the Yetti come down from the mountains and grab snipers and bite their heads off after he gets shot, oh and all the construction equipment can be driven, and I want basements and a sewer tunnel that connects A, B, and C, add the fortification feature from BFV.. allow Hydra rockets as an option on the LittleBird ... I didnt even think that far but all of the above would be fucking amazing and possibly the best BF map ever. Add it going from day to night like the night Golmud that was never released and it would be perfect.
Looks like BC was only release on console and BC 2 was released on both PC and Console, you can pick it up on Steam for $4.99 right now.. going to buy it tonight when I get home from work
Yep. When BF BC came out on console only I said FUCK the whole franchise. The same with 1943 console only.
BC3 has been rumored for a while. Whatever the decide to call the next one, as long as its modern warfare I will be happy.
The problem with "Remastering 4" is that EA would re-sell the DLC at full-price, add more lootboxes, then charge you $3 for each weapon attachment. If they wanted to follow Ubisoft and Bethesda, they'd sell the vehicle upgrades as well, maybe $15 a piece.
I can’t believe folks still play bf4, 6 years later and for all the wrong reasons perhaps. No direct replacement or games to take its place in general.

Watching a few youtube vids on this announcement and reading the comments I was surprised to see how many people would talk about BF4/3 as the gold standard. Its a testament to the popularity of the modern warfare game.
I can only imagine the lag with 80 players and EAs back end operation.
Rumor has it that the next BF6 is going to have a map where each side has to deal with random attacks from zombies that appear whenever someone does something stupid like killing themselves with a grenade or firing their LAW inside a glitch only to have it hit an invisible wall and therefore blowing oneself up...or jumping out of tank to repair and accidentally hitting the LAW weapon button and thus blowing yourself up when you thought you were repairing...or riding over that stupid IED at the same location over and over again...or jumping out of heli and not being able to correctly open your chute...and these are only a few of the stupid things I've heard some people do...other people...not me...other people...people who can safely interact with zombies with no threat of them coming to eat their brains...
