Several years ago while vacationing on Amelia Island/Fernandina Beach we happened across a Mexican restaurant/bar named Pablo's...and had a few of their best margaritas on the rocks. They were so good, I asked the head bartender what was in them...that they were the BEST I had ever drank. He gave me this recipe below. I only make margaritas with this combination as it doesn't get any better than this. Hope you enjoy:
2 oz. Silver Tequila ( I like Casamigos)
1/2 fresh squeezed lime
2 oz. Grand Marnier
1.5 oz. Blue Agave Nectar (organic) I like Tres Agave Nectar (organic)
On the rocks...it is SOOOOO good.
