my only concern with Frag claiming base rape is he uses the Attack heli and runs to base to repair and hide.. so pretty hard to believe he is much of a victim. I have chased him there a few times to take him out - it is his MO.

The Uncap is not a magic shield you can run back into to hide, but if you're getting shot at as you spawn, or while you're even trying to leave the Uncap in the first place, then the rule protects that.

Iwas not refering to being in a helicopter going back to base. My concern is just standing at the base waiting for a vehicle and getting baseraped there by either a jet or a sniper.

I am fully aware the enemy can chase into the uncap, thats not my question.

Just as a side note, I dont fly the helicopter, rarely ever do as I am lousy with it. Im the gunner, so I have no control where I'm,flying to.

I just despise the baseraping when you are just standing at the uncap or sitting in a chopper waiting for a pilot to show up

If you just spawned and are waiting for a vehicle you should not be targeted, period.
