Appeal Approved Banned for Unknown Reason

I hopped on BF4 for the first time in a couple years and found your 24/7 Siege of Shanghai server. When joining the server I get a prompt that I've been banned and I don't even know why.

If you haven't been on for several years and was not banned before, is it possible you need to re-install punkbuster. Also, are you running a VPN? That would kick you out of game.

You should use Battlelog to see what the reason is. What it looks like, however, is you're attempting to play on our servers with a VPN, which is not allowed. Please disable it and try again.
