Banned and have no idea why ?

Been getting back into Bf4 and been in your server a lot . Anyways Jan/29/9:30am PST I was just doing my long range snipping and then was banned. I wasn't looking at chat at the time but i was alone so?? I don't think i had even killed anyone since the round was 4mins in or so. thx for your help . Ingame name Max666ian666 or Max666ian
