Your appeal statement: My account was compromised in November of last year and someone began using my account to play BF4 with cheats. I eventually got my account back, but after attempting to play BF4 a few days ago I noticed I was getting kicked from every server I attempted to join. I submitted an appeal to BF4DB (where I was banned) and they unfortunately chose not to revert my ban despite the circumstances, and advised I contact server admins instead.

We can do a name change here when you buy a new account. I think you have to make sure BF4DB does not link it to your account that was hacked though.

BF4 was on sale for like $2 a few days ago. Not sure if it still is.
