Your appeal statement: So I was banned from RC1 and linked servers by KarekCat for "griefing". What happened is that some one teamkilled and rammed the jet into our helicopter, that this guy and probably his friend were in, and claimed that I did it which isn't true as you can't see people when they ram you it just says "killed in action". There would be no video evidence unless it was a game long thing where you knew the person who kept using the jet to ram. Plus I saw the guy ram him when it happened when I was in the scout helo. Then when the helo spawns the dude would not fly the chopper thinking that I was the person who rammed him and was telling me to get out after I kept telling him to go when he was then just sitting in spawn. He then proceeds to hover behind the hill on F flag and just sit there spamming "GET OUT" and was killed with message "you cannot choose your gunner." I then picked up the helo and was flying back into the spawn when he rammed me with the scout helo and started being a child in that chat. His friend was still saying that I rammed him and was reporting me. After that as I waited for the chopper to spawn, when it did he flew it straight into the enemy spawn and then crashed it multiple times. I then left the server afterwards. He is the one that deserves to be banned for griefing. I never once griefed anyone in bf4 I just play the game if the attack helo isnt around, I use the scout helo or IFV. This is totally unfair to be banned off of an accusation with no evidence.

what a bunch of lies lmao. you rammed me twice i believe when i was gunning yesterday evening. if its a temp ban wait it out 3 days, if not apologize and hope they uban you. after a few bans you learn to appreciate the server and also learn to be a better player

You only know who rammed you after they have been flying around and missing you, usually someone who can't fly, or its been happening all game. Not to mention that the guy was actually banned from the server. Admin must've been spectating, to see what he was doing, surely they would of seen the person who rammed. Definently was not me. Only thing I did was shoot the ground a couple of times after he was spamming the chat. Never blew up the helicopter. If that counts as griefing after explaining what he did camping and griefing, then idk, what else you suppose to do in that situation?

like yesterday after you jet rammed me i didnt report you or anything, i dont let stuff like that bother me anymore. if someone wants the viper or littlebird and being a dick about it i just let them have it. There are other rounds you can get the heli or specific vehicles

Nah he got banned after I reported. And I didn't? You're literally tripping, post the video evidence. I don't care that much about the helos, but I'm not gonna let some self team sabotager tell me to get out, you can't choose your gunner and crash the helo. That's griefing. Digging my own grave? Acting like you did something or proved anything is crazy though. And asking for evidence is not dumb, you're literally just making false accusations. And plenty of people record trolls.

I have flown with you often and you are a skilled pilot. I would accept the ban as it will likely be lifted eventually so we have the ability to fly together again down the road instead of you talking yourself into a longer time out. Just sit in the corner like all the other bad kids and accept your punishment lol. If Kareck banned you then chances are you have been seen doing it more then once the admins here don't just blindly ban you unless you really had it coming.

I wish I knew how long it would be, I think an unban is fair since this type of thing doesn't happen with me.

I will go ahead and say this hoping I am wrong and have no proof, but with as much time as I spend whoring the chopper as a gunner to get my fix for the day I fly with a LOT of pilots, you are a newer one to me who has started to fly often and you make it a point to get into the chopper quickly. I have noticed when you fail to get in I randomly get smashed into by a jet sometimes and then boom your in, I go to check the score board to see whos dead to try and figure it out and your name comes up often. IF and only IF that is you then Fuck you for being a hypocrite. You deserve 2X the ban you got. If not then your good. Either or, regardless of the situation you should accept it and never do that shit again and I look forward to flying with you again down the road.
