Your appeal statement: My wife, purjple, and I both just got banned. I think maybe because of my VPN since we're both on the same network, although it wasn't connected at the time, but it's ExpressVPN and can be a pain. However, it still says I'm banned when I try to join after closing out of Express completely. Also, when I try to use battlelog, I get an error message that says the game isn't installed correctly, my guess is because I switched over to the EA instead of Origin. So I can't see what the actual reason for the ban is. Let me know if there's an issue and how we can work to resolve. We've both enjoyed playing on your server for many years. Thanks!
