Your appeal statement: I'm not really sure why I was banned, I'm new to BF4 and I joined RC3, I saw the loadout menu and then my screen immediately went black with the load Icon, it said I'm banned from the server.

Would someone be able to take a look at it? I'm not sure If it's the same for RC1 and RC2.

Anyways, thanks please lemme know what was the cause to the ban and if I can be unbanned.

If this is any help, when I joined I was on mobile data, could that have triggered any red flags?

Try joining with battlelog. It will display the detailed reason for your ban.
