Your appeal statement: Good evening, I was recently banned from the server while I was flying the chopper on shanghai. The round had just started and I had just killed a tank on B then flew away towards our objectives when I received the black screen of death followed by the message that I had been banned. Now I understand no one likes being killed by a chopper especially when there's no AA to fend it off but there's no foul play on my end. I understand the rules and I've always respected them but I don't understand why I would be banned so fast, so early in a round when I was playing fair. I'm in the RC3 all the time and am actually in the top 10 for score accrued in the server. So safe to say that it's my favorite server and now am sadly banned from. Hopefully someone you guys lift the ban so I can reach that #1 spot in the server!

So this was not specifically about your Shanghai performance, Ricky. It's a general trend you show while playing. You tend to hop on, and farm the server to your heart's content. Not once have you been observed using !assist, or otherwise helping a losing team. Instead you're quite pleased with 1000+ point victories. We're not looking for you to turn our server into a personal farm. We're also looking for you to abide by the !rules, and not just attack the uncap when the enemy has no flags.

We'd rather see you hopping around and actually trying to better the server community.

I believe I have used the !assist tool before though. Confident I did today actually. But that's not fair to say, what others see as "farming", I call defending the heart obj's on the map. Respectfully some rounds turn that lobsided are due to the people I'm killing on the objective or defending the objective. I understand where you're coming from but how practical is it that everytime I die I ask for an !assist to change teams to balance the lobby? A lot of people love me in the chat and a lot of folks hate me. I just don't see it fair to ban me because of the amount of points I make.
 
We're not asking you to !assist constantly. That's just unreasonable. However, we want as few super-lopsided rounds on RC3 as possible. It's already a huge problem on RC1.
 
Also I don't recall when I shot into uncap when the enemy has no flags. I would be curious if anyone has footage of me deliberately attacking uncap.
 
And like I said, I understand that. but you know how it is some teams just are not destined to win. So what can I do then to better help thats practical for someone like myself?
 
I've always kept that in mind about uncap, BUT to be fair if someone shoots me from uncap, you can bet i'm going to shoot back. But please really watch my gameplay or spectate, 100% legitimate. I always play with L0uisCipher, you can ask him. Just a guy trying to out sweat the other team. Goodnight gents.

The lobby doesn't empty from one person doing well, we both know that. Especially when balancer swaps you to other team the next round. I think it's safe to say that I've kept a lot of the real farmers out of the server, especially on Shanghai because of the comp' that comes with it. But I get it, power down with the "farming".

Shanghai is a fun map, but it is far too easy to rape with the attack heli. Its by far the easiest map to farm kills as there is an abundance of places to hide. You would have to have a good chopper on both sides so they at least have to worry about each other. But, and I've seen this alot too, choppers will "truce" each other so they can both enjoy a good farm.
 
In the last match on the cheat report, it shows over 200% accuracy (2500 shots/5100 hits). He was in the LAV-25 all game. How do you get that kind of accuracy in a lav? Canister shell?
 
Like I said, defending and attacking the main objectives in vehicles isn't farming. If you see someone sitting at a home flag shooting across map or way out to the side in a vehicle, that's farming. If someone gets a lot of kills in a game doesn't mean they're farming.. they're playing the game.
