If over a year ago you have been banned and still not allowed then you did something really bad. Not to say there are times when a cheater has been pardon and are able to return to the server which is very rare. Let's see what the head Admin has to say regarding your request.

He was in the server July 5th of this year. So really its been a little over 5 months.
