3/11/18 Starting playing in the server on -RC- 24/7 Golmund. Within 5 minutes of getting on the server i got in the AA and was attacked my a attack chopper and a fighter, down to 15% health I backed up to try to auto repair. Immediately 2 tanks on my team starts ramming me (as in they are pissed im backing up). Ten seconds after that Im vote banned. Tough crowd here...

Voteban last 60 mins. I suggest staying out of the AA unless you are proficient or aggressively move up to center map.

First, don't take it personally. Seriously. Maybe the temporary vote ban was warranted and maybe it wasn't. No one else has chimed in to give a different perspective so its hard to tell.
On this map the AA can make or break the game. It can lead to a teams easy win or a frustrating demise.
It's important enough that a few people have made guides about how to properly use the AA.

If you are serious about using AA when playing, Id suggest reading and learning from it. There are also other posts in the tips and tricks section. There is a lot of great material in there to help make you a better player.
Make sure your communicating with your squad and well as paying attention to the team chat. You'll get instant feedback there. Good luck.

I believe that hammer may come in the form of a jet slamming into you. In all seriousness though read the tutorials and MOVE with the tanks. You protect them and they will protect you, guaranteed!!!!
