BAN Appeal for DeadTarantula

Hi AARP,

I was banned by admin today, I am guilty. I was flying the heli and needed a minute to sort out my new mouse sensitivity.

In retrospect, I should have gone to an empty server to sort that out.


I play somewhat regularly here as "DeadTarantula", and I humbly ask your forgive my idleness and lift the ban.


I'm an adult, I play well with others and just want a fair game server, which this is.

I've been playing since BF2.

where you admin banned or VoteBanned? we rarely admin ban anyone....

if you were votebanned, it is only a 1 hour ban. you should be clear now.

If you were admin banned, the admin that did it should respond here.

Had to be a vote ban, there are only three admins, I wasn't in last night. You didn't do it which leaves J Simpson

Sorry, what does that mean?

as far as I know I saw the admin text in game "Thank you for checking out our system" followed by the disconnect.

All I did was fly for about 2 minutes without engaging any targets.

Hi, This is an old request, but wanted reconsideration if possible.

Back when this happened and when I looked into what HSK meant, I understood what happened which was me and my friend played to unlock the unica. At the time I did not know that was called 'boosting' nor did I know it was not allowed. Other than that, I've played normally ever since, never bosting again. My stats should reflect that.


I took some time (year and a half?) to play on other servers and organically bring my averages back to normal.

Is there ever an opportunity to lift the ban on boosting?


I really enjoyed playing on your server and would appreciate a review.

While you are not the first to trade kills for an unlock, it does pose a problem with the auto bans based on stats. Im not sure what the work around is aside from lowering your HS/K percentage with the 40MM and AKU12.
