Audio / Video Sync

My audio is lagging my video by about 1 second or so. I'm not sure when it happened or what might have caused it, but it's getting me killed since I don't hear when I'm being targeted soon enough.

Anyone had a similar problem and know where to look for issues so I can get them synced back up?

is your game up to date? did you do a video card update lately? sometimes that gets it out of whack.

Unplug it and plug it back in/turn it off and on.

SOLVED

I just hardwired a 3.5MM jack to RCA on my surround. It seems to have been my Bluetooth connection that may have been doing it.
