I try and BBQ burgers/steak or smoke a pork shoulder at least twice a week.,.. Chicken looks greatThis was tonight's effort. Brined it for six hours and then smoked over indirect heat at 275-300 for 2hrs 15 minutes. Looks good, will let you know how it turned out!

Nice, will look into the Chupacabra!I too enjoy grilling and smoking/consuming fine meats/alcoholic beverages. Just cooked a brisket for July 4th weekend and it came out GREAT. I've been smoking with different woods lately, and I used cherry on this cook. Don't know if you use preblend seasonings, but you should get CHUPACABRA a try.

It's a great seasoning that's made here in texas by a company called Dos Gringos. It has a lower sodium content so that you can add a little more to get the flavor of the other spices.Why would I get a goat sucker?
