so recently got banned by punkbuster, i'm not asking for lift the ban, just asking for any advice for how can i know the reason.

i went to evenbalance to summit a ban appeal, i did it just today so im wating for a response,

but is just weird cause since i brought the game (4 years ago ) i never used hacks or any kind of tool .

so i wanted to know how can i know the reason the ban. in the page of evenbalance there's no section where i can check my ban reason, any help?

Have you used the software that is sometimes included with Sound Cards? Like little 'sound radars' or whatever? That likely will get picked up by PB, even if it doesn't seem like it would.
 
now that you mentioned. i been listening some weird sounds idk what it is or where that sound came from or what sofware does it .. is just like 1 time at day or sometimes 1 times at 2 days, is weird because i didnt installed any sofware recently and i never have a sound card, is always integrated in the motherboard. i thought it was from the battlelog because sometimes i log from there and made a sound when the round ends cause sometimes i quit the round before ends, but i dont know what's happening to be honest
 
well turns out that the " weird" sounds was origin... telling me that my friend just log in and log off... i didn't had any friend until couple days so i didnt knew that was origin telling me my friend was online, kinda sad and funny haha anyways, i'm wating the response of evenbalance
 
I just received a response from PBBANS.

"It just means that the global ban web checker has picked up a global ban flag on his GUID, its cached data so the result could differ to what the status is now. Looks like he didn't join a pbbans streaming server when the ban was triggered. "

What that mean is Evenbalance says you were cheating, but you were caught on a server that doesn't stream to PBBANS. You will have to wait out your appeal.

well that kinda sucks since i dont do stream, my pc barely can handle record videos i think if i ever try to stream my pc would be caught on fire. i dont like the idea of being labeled as cheater when i never used cheats and always fair play these 4 years
 
No, you are confused about streaming. Some people stream their servers to PBBANS. PBBANS is an anti cheat community. Its another layer of cheat protection. Like BF4D and Fairplay, You were caught by Evenbalance aka PunkBuster. You will not be able to play on any PB enabled server.

Your best bet? Stop using Win7 and upgrade to Win10 and buy a new game.
 
yeah sorry I did not understand i was about to edit the post, i do appreciate your advice but to me buying a new game is equal to accept that i was indeed cheating, i will wait them to see if they lift the ban if they dont, i rather not buy again this game, thanks guys

yeah i know

i just wanted to see if they repond and tell me the reason.. i mean yeah they say i was cheating but.. how? where? when? i'm really intrigued what they have to say. cause if i was hacking i think i would know it lol.
 
Marksman if you are indeed using Win7 upgrade to Win 10 now. In the first part of Jan. 2020 there will be no support for Win7. You can go to Microsoft Web Site and down load Win10 for free as I last checked. I don't know if you are running Win7 but if you are many players have been PB Banned for hacking. A lot of us feel it is a glitch in their system that gives a false positive. We have had a few players on our server get caught for the same thing and they upgraded to Win10 and bought a new game and have had no more problems. Doing so will not be admitting that you used a hacks and most likely you as others will be welcomed back. Don't keep your fingers crossed that your appeal will be over turned..................STRYKER.
 
yeah lets see if they tell me how exactly i cheated, the only server i play is on aarp since the only map i like is golmud
