Admin-Quebec-1 Mortar uncap

Here's a clip of one of the many mortar kills Quebec did that round. He was doing it even tho it was our uncap (you can see I'm way behind the limits).

I set my mortar because he was shooting at the snow uncap and I wanted to see if he was aiming at people, random shooting or something else. He killed me before that clip and I was just runing from the spawn area. I wasn't shooting mortars at all, you can see that I even looked up to see if a mortar would hit me.
