Add New Rule

I know this shouldn't be needed BUT it seems most people lack common sense these days.

A 4th rule be added to the servers about political chat.

It's an unwritten rule at the moment and people tend to start clogging up chat with their political opinions which creates a snowball effect and gets others chiming in.

I've seen some servers that spam rules with big letters on the screen. While it is annoying, it makes it clear for everyone.

There's ways to turn that off client-side, so its not reliable.

Please add rule which prohibits deliberate jet ramming. Yesterday Jesse took a jet and rammed straight at enemy's vehicle in uncap when the round had just started

Sorry I’m heavily discouraged from coming down the mountain to add more rules. You will be most likely unhappy they don’t get enforced properly. Chat is handled by a automated script. So we can discuss adding a kick on key words. Really it’s spamming the chat I try to encourage kicking. The gentlemen in another thread was spamming but was trying to instigate an arguement while being the commander. So really using his extra finger time to troll. That’s why I banned a short period. It’s was thanksgiving, “ hush already”

I constantly get called a badmin or a fucking piece of shit for using admin commands and saying read the rules.

I'm going to be honest, I liked votekick. The problem with it is that there was a huge difference between votes and actual kicks. To the average player, it would almost seem like spam that a votekick was occurring, or they would completely ignore it.
Personally, I found that the benefits it brought outweighed the annoyance of it. I think that it could help reduce people camping in the AA, and it may reduce people talking political too. I've seen many times where people started talking political and other players told them not to and that it's a rule on the server. So obviously many players agree that political talk should not be a part of the server.

mr jesse always does that cheap shit. tryn to be like mr sani, mr razz, and mr junk. baiting a -player to fire so he can return fire or laze. i think asking nicely first to stop the polital chat, followed by a mute, then a kick is the way.

I think of it more like a small scale democracy. In general, if someone in the AA is doing terribly and are out of place many players will complain about them. I could see a vote kick solving some of these occurrences.

This is mostly what it was used for in the past. Sometimes it is hard to get enough votes. Maybe we could try it again. Could always turn it back off.
