A short series of events got me kicked from the server and would like to appeal any red flags I may have acquired during the events in the video. Below is a brief explanation to what happened as well.
masterXbong intentionally TKd me after I accidentally killed him and apologized. I asked him to stop shooting me back multiple times as you can see in the video but he was determined to get me back. I finally decided to defend myself because I didn’t deserve to be counter TKd.
When watching the video, you can pretty clearly see him repping his LAV but I scan the screen very fast as I rapidly look for targets / mines / obstacles, etc. so at the time, it looked like an enemy LAV and fired, only realizing my mistake as I shot. I quickly apologized and decided to finish destroying the LAV as I didn’t want the enemy to steal it. The following conversation you see in game is what his reasoning is, claiming that I killed him to steal his tank, but it’s clear I didn’t, and when you see your TKer apologize, you shouldn’t go out of your way to try and kill them back.
This incident racked up 2 TKs on my name in the server. Later in the game, one of my friends I was in a discord chat with warned me of the LAV in front of me getting stolen while being repped. I immediately swing my turret around, confirm it was enemy failing to see my ally a little too close and blew him up along with the stolen tank auto ejecting me from the server for too many TKs.
If there is some kind of permanent strike on my account for this incident, I would like this incident to be reviewed and hopefully have that strike removed as I never intended to TK anyone. I would also like masterXbong’s actions be reviewed as well. I wouldn’t be in this mess if he wasn’t so bent on revenge.
