2x Admin Abuse "Freemason-Kroll"

I am not banned from the server but I have been kicked on two occasions on separate days by admin freemason-kroll.

Both times I was using the AA vehicle. Let me start by saying I do not camp in the AA vehicle but rather attempt to move into the combat area and cap and defend flags.

The first kick occurred while I was using the AA in the vicinity more or less of F. I saw a message from freemason-kroll saying take the AA vehicle to A or C. I responded I was fighting at F. He later kicked me while I was on the road to F after I re-spawned and took the vehicle for himself. Freemason-kroll was neither a commander or my squad lead and nor do server rules obligate me to accept his tactical orders. My squad was fighting at F and I was appropriately using the vehicle.

The second kick occurred today once again while using the AA vehicle this time while in the cap radius of C. There was no warning. The message said "no ping" and was from freemason-kroll not automatic. This time I observed when I returned the AA vehicle had been given to the other team as a result of this kick and the circumstances were suspicious but I'll refrain from accusing the obvious. As for the "no ping" reason. My ping frequently drops below 20 and this is entirely reasonable given an excellent internet connection and reasonable geographic position reference to the server. The accusation of masking my ping is absurd and will happily provide proof of location privately to any admin who desires it.

This doesn't seem like admin abuse at all.

You shouldn't be capping and defending flags you should be attacking air and keeping them from attacking your teams armour and ground forces.

If you're are F you are doing it wrong.

If you were kicked for no ping that does not mean you have a really low ping it means your ping is being represented as a dash "-" which means you are trying to mask it from the server.

Where are you located?

The Mobile Anti-Air's first, and most important job, is to support the ground forces against air targets, especially in the ABC area. There's literally no reason to be at F, E, or G in normal usage. It's debatable if the AA should even ever be on a contested flag, since that divides the driver's attention away from air assets.

We attract some of the best pilots in the world to our servers, and thus a bad (or mismanaged) AA can absolutely ruin a round for an entire team. That is why we readily punish people who don't step up and/or put out. If an admin asks (or even tells) you to not be at F, there's damned good reason for it.

Yea, First thing I thought of was why the hell you at F in the AA? Your squad shouldn't have been at F in the first place. Let them die 1000 times at F. Support the people trying to take the objectives that matter . A, B, C! Kicking you for no ping should not have happened though. IP seems to be in NC, not sure why it would be masked anyway,

And I might add, This is the first any only complaint I have ever seen about Kroll. He is not the type of person that would abuse his admin privileges. But thanks for taking the time to come in a post up.

Pretty sure Laughatrice team killed me out of a mini bird using C4 the other day. One minute him and his buddy are riding passengers spamming the “get out “ over and over again next thing I know I’m killed in action and they are flying away with the heli.

I am confused by all of this............WTF is Kroll admining on? Most of the time I can find him in the spawn washing and waxing his tank. There is nobody slower to "D" than this Kroll guy.

Guy sounds like a dick and I would have booted them for the TK and harassed them if they came back.

I recall the incident and you asked me in chat and I responded professionally I thought. For the record I did not do anything to cause a TK. Personally I see the "you have been killed" message often and not sure what triggers that vs an actual death message.

Possibly I'm not using the AA to the best advantage hope to learn more point taken. Would prefer not to get kicked in this situation but respect the opinion.

You are correct I am in NC and I should never have a ping issue and would never need mask it.

As pointed out above I am definitely not trying to mask my ping. If your server actually showed me with no ping than allow me to be the first to report you have a false positive issue and you guys should look into it.



All that aside the reason for the post is two admin kicks that seemed nefarious particularly the ping. I don't know freemason-kroll you guys do. Consider this informational only thank you for your time.

If you're not masking your ping, then it shouldn't of shown up in-game as blank ( - ). There is a possibility that it may of been a player above, or below you in the player list. Ping masking and VPN usage has become rather popular these days as a means to get around Ping Kicker plugins (which kick a player who's average is over a certain threshold), so we tend to warn or kick people who hide that stuff.

It's my personal opinion that hiding your ping is just as suspicious as hiding your Battlereports. If you've nothing to hide, then don't act like you do.

Haha, best for you now is to continue in your Jet, the only problem on the ground to kill you is just to find you and your little tanks.

Haha, best for you know that continue in your Jet, the only problem on the ground to kill you is just to find you and your little tanks.
