19te_Vedge - banned on BF4DB

This player showed up briefly on our server yesterday and immedelty left. As you can see in the video, he 1 shot T2B and disappeared as I was shooting. I looked up the player's name it shows as banned on BF4DB.
Probably he was automatically kicked from our server but did manage to join and spawn in game which is kinda strange.
I'm posting this to make sure he's banned from the AARP servers.

On his most recent BattleLog reports he had 25 kills with 23 being HS kills.
